How finder choices are handled
The finder sends the choices you submit to this site's matching endpoint to return a shortlist. If you save or resume a finder session, those choices are stored in the current browser tab's session storage for the review flow. The finder does not request a name, account credentials or health details. A website host may process connection and access-log data; consult the current site operator's privacy notice for its handling and retention practices.
When a product is opened on BuyerShortlists, the central page can carry the public finder choices in the URL fragment so the browser can display them and offer a return link. A URL fragment is user-controlled context, not authenticated proof of a match. It is not forwarded as part of the Amazon search URL, and the central page does not certify compatibility from it.
Third-party retailers and services have their own privacy practices. Do not put personal, medical or account details into the finder; it is designed for ordinary product-fit choices only.
